Pickin' at the Pavilion is a family oriented bluegrass festival that is planned, organized and executed by a volunteer staff. During the festival weekend, there are many volunteers working behind the scenes to make Pickin’ at the Pavilion a smooth-running event that is fun for all.

Our volunteers are the face of the festival to the many bluegrass fans, so it is important that all of our volunteers be kind, courteous, patient, gentle and happy when dealing with our patrons. The general duties of all of our volunteers include checking wristbands, providing directions and assistance as well as other specific duties.
